Each diamond is a unique treasure, and because of the careful sourcing and craftsmanship involved, all purchases are considered final sale. We are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Every diamond undergoes a meticulous inspection prior to shipment, ensuring that it meets our uncompromising standards of brilliance and quality.

Purchase Fee

To begin the process, a non-refundable fee is required:

• $300 for purchases under $750

• 50% of the total order for purchases over $1000

This fee must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing and secures the sourcing services provided, even if you choose not to complete your purchase. Full details are outlined in The Procurement Process.
